This course provides individuals with the crucial skills and knowledge needed to deliver emergency first aid in diverse settings, such as public areas, workplaces, and community environments.

This course is delivered as a face to face session with both written and practical learning over an 8hr session, and will suit individuals or workplaces requiring additional face to face support.

Please note that this unit requires you to be able to complete at least 2 minutes of uninterrupted single rescuer cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on an adult resuscitation manikin placed on the floor. You may bring a small pillow if support is required.
