HLTFSE007 – Oversee the Day-to-Day Implementation of Food Safety in the Workplace is designed for individuals in supervisory roles who manage food safety programs and guide others in food safety compliance. It’s especially relevant for those working in aged care, hospitals, childcare, or community organisations preparing food for people at heightened risk of food-borne illness.

Participants will complete online theory modules, record five video demonstrations of performance tasks, and submit a workplace supervisor declaration verifying practical skills through a structured third-party report. Additional forms and documentation are required to show understanding of real-world food safety application.
